Recycling (Take-Back) Program

 

    At BenQ, we share the concern about the environmental impact of the disposal of old computer equipment and we recognize the importance of being proactive in preserving our environment. With that in mind, BenQ is proud to sponsor a Recycling Program that provides our valued customers an easy way to recycle used BenQ branded CRT monitors, LCD monitors, Keyboards, Mice, Projectors, TVs, Batteries and Packing Materials. To Residential Customers:

     A prepaid label and a free shipping container  will be provided for residents of Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Missouri, Oklahoma, Michigan, Texas, West Virginia, New York, Virginia,  Maryland and Hawaii as required by applicable law.

To Institutional Purchasers:

For Product Recycling:

    Your BenQ products may contain hazardous materials.  While they pose no risk to you during normal use, they should never be disposed with other wastes.  BenQ provides a free take-back program (except for shipping cost in certain states), for your BenQ products so they can be properly recycled. BenQ will make sure that your unwanted computer equipments are recycled responsibly.

For Battery Recycling:

    The rechargable batteries used in your BenQ products may contain hazardous materials.  While they pose no risk to you during normal use, they should never be disposed with other wastes.  BenQ provides a free take-back program (except for shipping cost) for your BenQ batteries so they can be properly recycled. BenQ will make sure that your unwanted batteries are recycled responsibly.

For Packing Material Recycling:

BenQ provides a free take-back program for you to ship in your BenQ packing materials so they can be properly recycled.  A prepaid shipping label will be provided for the packing materials of the models declared in the EPEAT website(http://www.epeat.net/). BenQ will make sure that your unwanted packing materials are recycled responsibly.
